About Me

I’m an emerging music educator and brass player with a background in composition, performance, and digital music production. After completing my Bachelor of Music (Composition) at the Sydney Conservatorium in 2019, I’ve developed a teaching and creative practice that includes classroom music teaching, instrumental and music theory tutoring, and professional composition work.

My professional background includes composing for film, theatre, and dance, with works performed internationally such as ‘Bragi’s Lament’ at the Verona Conservatorio in 2017. I’ve also collaborated with artists and organisations such as Moorambilla Voices and the March Dance festival. These experiences inform my teaching philosophy, which centres on student creativity, collaboration, and fostering whole musicianship. Through my teaching practice I aim to encourage students to explore and think about music critically, as well as discover the joy of performing and creating great music.
